We currently do not offer returns at this time. Only exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Clearance items are final sale. Clearance items are non-refundable and do not qualify for exchanges.
Gift Cards are Final Sale.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package is delayed, please allow an additional business day before contacting us.
